The book is written from the father's view and I liked that part. Here is the short summary of the book:
Boy finds a job he likes to get out of the family business. Sees a pretty girl and wants to know more about her, even though the accident she is in will tell you a lot about her lifestyle at the moment. He misses all the cues and thinks he can help her. He likes to help and rescue people. He has dreams and as usual get put on hold for a quick romantic few minutes. Those minutes really turn into years and those years are not so romantic anymore. Of course trouble happens and he feels the need to rescue but doesn't know how to when it is his dtr who needs help. He does try. The ending was good because I can't stand sappy endings so it leaves you wondering what can happen or will happen. I don't want to tell too much of the story which is why I am leaving out the details.
