• Aunt Iris: She is Anna's great aunt who lived with her brother. She was very psychic. Sometimes Aunt Iris will talk like she's in the past.
• Zack: Zack Fleming is the neighbor boy. He's really cute, and artistic. He tries to 'use' Anna to get information out of her.
• Joanna: Joanna was Anna's mother. She was murdered in her house during a robbery. She was hit on the back of the head, and the police never found the murder weapon.
• Marcy: Marcy is Zack's step-mom. She works at a Christmas shop in town.
• Audrey: Audrey used to come to Joanna to get a reading at least twice a week. Audrey turned on Joanna after she didn't see Audrey's husband's death.
• Erika: Erika is one of Zack's friends. She started the fire that killed Uncle Will.
• Elliot Gill: Elliot used to be in love with Joanna. He thought she was beautiful. He's also Erika's father.
• Dave: Dave is Zack's father. He's an architect and extremely nice.
• Mcmanus: He's the town's sheriff who doesn't have much information on Uncle Will's death.
• Uncle Will: Uncle Will is Anna's great uncle. He sent Anna a letter to come visit him over the summer. He was murdered on the back of the head and stuffed in the back of a trunk of a car. He burned to death in there because someone started a fire not knowing that he was in the trunk.
