“I've read this almost all the way through, reading ahead, then going back to complete the exercises. I like this book for it's concise but step-by-step action plan to become a published and paid writer! It's a great supplement to the other writing-how-to books out there.

“I thought this was a helpful book. Katz offered some great advice on submissions and getting published.

I only wish she could have honed in more on how to make time for your writing life while juggling the family thing. I know it's a personal problem to work out but I would have liked to read about how she manages her time.”
