  “This book was too scary for me at the time cause I was told to relax more and was on bed rest and one thing I can say about this book. It definitely does not make you relax! To the contrary. So I decided to read it with breaks in between. It got a bit less scary when the narrator was Simon, at least I knew he was not killing Jody.
  
  I did think the way this author wrote about the 2 teenagers and the sexual tension was very off putting. I like to read about sex but this was just plain weird and not like how it works in reality :) I also did not like Jody and her little friend very much. But a good read with lots of suspense.

  “A real thriller. VERY bloody, gory, & graphic. If you have a weak constitution and are a sensitive person AND you have a very soft spot in your heart for dogs, DON'T READ THIS BOOK! Glad this wasn't the 1st Laymon I read. I probably would not have read any others. ”

  “This is the only book I have ever read that made me physically jump as I turned the page. Richmond Laymen is an excellent author and this is definitely his best book ever.”
