Alrighty...I don't typically read paranormal romance or any romance books really. I like grit, humor, suspense, thrill, horror....romance just doesn't do it for me reading wise. It did back-in-the-day when it was a wonder-what-it-would-be-like or a salve after a breakup of my uber-casual relationships. Now the romance gets sort of in the way of the story, so I avoid them.

Except I felt like it would be fun to see what MaryJanice had to say since I knew it would be funny at least. And I was right. I like MJ's way with a title, her way with men and women falling over each other. Her women are sassy and I get along well with sassy.

Of the three women in the story, I liked Lois best, I think. She wasn't taking any McCrappe from anyone or anything.

This was a lightweight, easy-peasy read, so no coffee beans or diamonds, rather...

    Three lightweight easy-peasy chocolate bunnies....

This is a very poorly written and edited book.

Davidson has a certain style you will either love or hate. Her over the top humour and slapstick leaves me cold, and whilst I enjoyed the undead books, when I branched out and read her stuff I realised she can only write one character, it merely varies in volume.

I loved this story. Very easy to read book. Different story line, and definately holds your attention.

An interesting book about 3 brothers and how they found their true love. A different world where men and woman become "cats" puma - lions - cougars when necessary. A very loving and caring lifestyle with three princes. A Detective not wanting to live is zapped to this place. A Lt of the WAC "World war two" and a black farmer from the future who's dad built a machine for her mother to go back to this life. Interesting somewhat sexual.

These were some fun short stories set in an interesting setting. I really enjoyed the first story the most, but the others that followed were fairly entertaining as well. I'd probably read them again in the future.
