“Definitely one of my favorite books of the series; i can tell that the action will only get more intense from here!!! The characters interact with each other perfectly, making the third book a fun, interesting read... I love reading how far they've come since arriving at wishworks factory in the first book...”Madison wrote this review Sunday, June 13, 2010. ( reply | permalink ) Was this review helpful? Yes | No
“Wishing Well is the 3rd book in the Misadventures of Benjamin Batholemew Piff. It is a book for readers aged 10 and up.
After the war started by Ben's cousin Penelope Wishworks is in shabbles. There are next to no Jinns left to grant the wishes that enter Wishworks everyday. Not only that the Jinns are threatening to create war against not only Wishworks but the whole of humankind. Wishworks only chance is 4 weopans that were created during the first Wishworks war. 2 of these weopans are already in Wishworks possestion but the other 2 are hidden deep below the Factory. The only way to get there is to go via the Wishing Well Pipeline. Ben and his firends must face; a horde of angry trolls, the dreaded Elementals and face the fact that one of their own has turned against them. All this while they know that Penelope is plotting her revenge one that probably includes the Lamp of One Thousand Nightmares. Can Ben and his friends succesfully locate the 2 weopans before Wishworks is reduced to ruins and Curseworks is victorious??”
