Chapter 8 contains religious themes. Two of the characters, David and Henry, debate whether God exists or not after the plane crashes in woods and only 6 out of 30 people survived.Chapter 14 contains nudity. The characters take off their clothes during a downpour of rain to take showers because they have been stranded in the jungle for several days.Chapter 14 and 15 contains cross dressing. Since their own clothing is drenched, the boys put on clean dresses that are found in luggage left from the plane crash.
