“Josemaria Escriva was always controversial even when I was growing up and more so during my teenage years when I was very, very ecumenical. Yet, this book made me see what others saw in him. He was really anointed by God. This simple man who really followed the road that God had paved for him wrote in wisdom and knowledge that is obviously blessed by God.
This book in particular was one of the first books that he wrote that I read. You don't need to read it from cover to cover. You can jump from one topic to the other, but it would be best if you read everything. You will learn a lot like, yes, the Catholic faith is scripture based too!”
