here aren't alot of bees flying around the hive he left in carnival lot! He starts to get worried...
Then his worst fears are confirmed, 400 out of 3000 hives are gone! How could this have
happened all hives were healthy from Daves point of view..; and then the investigation
starts, the hive detectives are in full effect. With the crew: Dave Hackenberg, Dennis vanEngelsdorp
, Jeffery S. Pettis, Diana Cox-Foster and Maryann Frazier. It is later determined that the
mysterious vanishing of the (bee's in 400 hives) is CCD (Colony collapse disorder, the name
used to describe a huge and as-yet unexplained die off of honeybee colonies around the world).
Also pesticides used to actually help bee's and flowers.
