  • Keir Sarafian: A high school senior, football player, honorary soccer player, and all-around great guy who sees the world through rose-colored glasses. He's a first-string kicker, 2nd string cornerback, and 3rd string tight-end. Keir earns his fame when he cripples another player and earns the nickname Killer.
  • Gigi Boudakian: The girl of Keir's dreams.
  • Ray Sarafian: Keir's dad. He's very supportive of his son (and his daughters), and he's got a bad case of "empty nest syndrome" coming on.
  • Mary Sarafian: Keir's older sister, who is away at college with Fran. Keir adores his sisters and the three are all very close (at least as far as he's concerned). He's missing them while they're away and can't wait to join them in college next year.
