“This has been my first Nelson Demille book. It has been an interesting and initially captivating read but also a rather lengthy one. The plot is amazing but I have to admit that the closed deneumont was rather disappointing as I was excepting much more: something more drastic/dramatic.
However, I've really enjoyed Detective John Corey's witty and sarcastic sense of humour.
Also, I hope that there is no such thing such as Project Green or Wild Fire anywhere in the world.”

Nelson DeMille really threw me for a loop with his false foreshadowing. I thought I could predict what would happen next, but the complete opposite would happen! This is a must read for anyone who likes a good action packed thriller”

“I expect more out of DeMille and out of thriller / suspense novels. John Corey the main protagonist is fun and witty, but much of the suspense of his detective work is botched within the first 100 pages where DeMille lays out almost the entire plot of the book, the only thing remaining for the reader to discover is who lives and who dies, which is quite predictable. I would not recommend this book unless you are in love with the protagonist from previous adventures.”
