“Loved the examination and critique of "nutritionism" in our culture. The few take-aways for me are 1) food is more than the sum of its parts, 2) there are only two food groups we should be worried about consuming or not consuming -- processed food and whole food and 3) the author's mantra: "Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants." Great advice to live by!”
