Guilty Pleasure

This book is absolutely terrible. It's predictable in every way imaginable yet...I love it anyway. It is HILARIOUSLY bad, like a soap opera but in novel form. You'll guess the outcomes and what happens to each of the siblings long before the book actually ends but it's a guilty pleasure and while, NOT worth buying, a lot of fun regardless.

i slept through most of this very slow novel, because that's how boring it was, i had to force myself to finish it and i just wanted to strangle most all of the chracters, and the author for writing such babbling crap, but on a good note, simone's situation was the best storyline.
A BLOOD PRESSURE BOOK

I call this a blood pressure book because reading it caused my pressure to go up a few times in anger, my heart to ache with sadness and my eyebrows to raise in "what tha..." I can usually figure a few things out but you got me on the whole Courtney story. Good job. Overall I enjoyed the novel and hope there is a sequel to find out what happened to these people later on especially after folks were released from jail etc. A very cute read.

I must admit at first I had a hard time getting into the story. The beginning of the book started off kinda slow (decided to put it down then pick it up again). I'm glad I kept reading on ------halfway through the book the "plot" thickens and piqued my interest. I could relate with the sisters, Simone & Kennedy very well and both of their stories/secrets were totally unpredictable and quite shocking! However, Derrick's secret was somewhat predictable (I'll admit the author did have me turning back pages to see if there were any hints to lead up to it ------>couldn't find any!). Overall, this book definitely deserves 4.5 stars for the twists & turns and the overall theme of the story.
