- Natalie Spinster: A CIA with an unusual last name and keen sense of intuition. She works to unravel the Thorax Terror conspiracy.
- Jason Barker: A Senatorial Aide who stumbles upon the fact his boss, Senator Ralph Garber is part of a corrupt group of government officials involved in the Thorax cover-up. Jason works alongside Nat Spinster to stop nine corrupt government officials.
- Steven Crawford: A well-known D.C. investigative reporter. After his friend, FBI Agent Matthew Oliver is mysteriously murder, Crawford suspects something foul, eventually leading him to Natalie Spinster and the Thorax cover-up
- The Nine: A group of nine corrupt government officials who are behind Thorax. Their aims are money and power and work to undermine honesty in D.C.
