The prinicples discussed in this book -- like leading by example and being considerate of one's followers -- are so timeless that people of all ages and from all generations can learn from them and apply them to their leadership positions.
I found this book very helpful and insightful, and as a leader, I found Spiritual Leadership as an indespensable tool in mentoring and training others to become leaders as well.
This book is designed to improve one's inherent leadership abilities, enhance leadership characteristics and bring out latent talents that will enable every leader to maximize their potential.
Every one interested in living out their leadership potential to the fullest should definitely read this book.”

“if you want to really learn God's heart for leaders... and how leaders should be.. this book is for you... it's a very great book! you'll get to know God's heart for the people.. how He searches for leaders... and how leaders should be.. it's a great book... getting to know what awaits God's leaders.. the trials... etc... a must read for leaders!
