“This was the first book I read by Adrianne Byrd. I loved it. She has become one of my favorite romance authors. I have read several other books by her this year and I have not been disappointed with any.
Here's what I wrote in my blog after I read it:
First I must say I have discovered a new author. I picked up When Valentines Collide after reading about the online prequel - Loving Valentine. After reading the online, WVC moved up on my TBR list. I laughed so hard while reading this. I enjoyed the back and forth banter between Chante and Matt though at times both went a little (okay maybe more than a little) too far - let's just say there is a chainsaw and a Mercedes involved. A major page turner from page one.
Chante and Matthew Valentine are both successful relationships experts until it comes to their own. What's that about doctors making the worst patients? For all the advice they have given their clients, they can't seem to come up with one good thing to help themselves. As they spiral out of control, Edie (Chante's editor) & Seth (Matt's agent) Hathaway aka their best friends hatch a plan to save their marriage. It's a bumpy road so buckle your safety belts and see what happens When Valentines Collide - very appropriate title.
