- Adam: The child of Jem and Spider, Adam inherited his mother's ability to see the deathdates of other human beings. This power comes with a special kick for him, though, as he is also able to see how other people will die.
- Nan: Spider's grandmother.
- Nelson: A "geek" from Adam's school who helps him with technical things like mapping out deaths.
- Jem: Adam''s mom. Dead.
- Junior: Adam's enemy
- Mia: Sarah's daughter. Although it was biologically fathered by Sarah's dad, It is Adam who ultimately fathers her, at one point, she refers to Adam as Daddy...She has a peculiar power that is later explained more in the final book, 1nf1n1ty (if the edition u have has the preview, u will know what I am talking about).....she can switch her "number" with someone else!
- Sarah: The Other narrator of the book. Impregnated by her dad, she runs away and lives in a Whorehouse, where a pimp/gangster (Vinny)l hears her situation and takes her in. While staying at Val's place, she gives birth to her daughter, Mia
