Vince, Luca the son of a mob boss, goes to California for college. His new roommate,Trey is the son of a congressmen. His girlfriend Kendra gets involved working on a movie with someone else. Vince hardly ever sees Kendra. For some reason Tommy his brother and his mob uncles start showing up,and hanging around his apartment. Tommy says he is going to go straight but ends up helping foreign students get lots of grants. Eventually Tommy steals all the grant money.Vince finds out the uncles are involved in the local concrete workers union. Trey's father, the Congressmen is trying to help the union work through its problems.The union leader has been kidnapped and Vince thinks his uncle's did it.
Vince wants to find out whats happening and keep things honest. Even his mob dad shows up. Vince follows them to the warehouse where he finds out his dad and his uncles are actually rescuing the union boss. The real kidnapper is Congressmen Sutter. He then visits a friend in Las Vegas and ends up finding Tommy,who wont give the money back but he is willing to gamble for it. Vince luckily wins and returns the money to the foreign students. His girlfriend comes back and things turn out pretty well.
