The fact that India will be the call center capital of the world, using American intellectual capital?
That aside, I did like his discussion of Core vs. Context and his argument that innovation focuses on pricing power. This all took place in the first 12 pages. Beyond that, I found the book dull, full of examples that are now most likely dated.”
