I love this book, not so much for the story as for the sumptuous visual feast that is Bantock’s art. Though it doesn’t hurt that the story’s not so bad either. Very unique and original. A museum at Purgatory, where people’s prized belongings are housed when they die, and their life stories are...

    I love this book, not so much for the story as for the sumptuous visual feast that is Bantock’s art. Though it doesn’t hurt that the story’s not so bad either. Very unique and original. A museum at Purgatory, where people’s prized belongings are housed when they die, and their life stories are told through the things they owned and collected. I rather like the idea. ^_^

    It's a gorgeous book, visually but there wasn't much after that. For me, at least.
