- Piper Halliwell: She had the power to control the molecules of a particular object, forcing them to slow dramatically. This power was originally triggered by surprise and fear, as she had very little control. As the years passed she learned that she also could cause the molecules of different objects speed up until they move so fast that the object explodes, this power being triggered by anger. - Paige Matthews: After Prue's funeral it is discovered that Paige is the Charmed Ones long lost sister. She joins Piper and Phoebe to become charmed again. She is half witch, half whitelighter. She gain Prue's power of telekinesis with a twist, she orbs things and her self, as she whishes. The character is portrayed by Rose McGowan.
- Prudence 'Prue' Halliwell: Prue originally has the power to move objects with her mind or telekinesis. Her telekinesis was originally focused by squinting her eyes; later, she learned to channel the ability with her hands. As her powers developed, she later acquired the skill of astral projection, the ability to project her soul from her body in a tangible state on the physical plane. In this state, the original Prue becomes unconscious while her soul projects into a concrete body. The character is portrayed by Shannen Doherty. Info found on IMDB.
- Leo Wyatt: Leo is the White Lighter, sort of a magical guardian angel, assigned to the three Charmed sisters. He enters their lives incognito as a handyman, soon gets to know them but keeps the cover for a while. He is particilarly caring by nature, a former army medic when still mortal. His love for Piper, forbidden between their magical classes, long seems impossible, but in the end triumphs over the Elders' objections, they even get a sui generis wedding-equivalent, and have the sons, Wyatt and Chris. - Cole Turner: Cole Turner is the human persona of a unique half-blood upper level demon whose intrinsiquely evil demonic 'half' goes by the name Belthazor. The character is portrayed by Julian MacMahon. Info found on IMDB.
- Chris Halliwell: He is Piper and Leo's second child. He went back to the past with ulterior motives. He, like Paige, is half with half whitelighter, Chris's arsenal of weapons is limited to orbing, the ability to use spells, and Prue's telekenesis - using his hands as Prue did later in her own arc. - Wyatt Halliwell: He is Piper and Leo's first child. His brother Chris went back to the past with the intention of either having Wyatt never been born or making sure he does not end up evil. The character is portrayed by Jason/Kristopher Simmons
- Inspector Andy Trudeau: High school boyfriend of Prue Halliwell. Years later, he reconnected with and became a on and off couple. Unfortunately, he was killed by a demon. The character is portrayed by Ted King.
- Darryl Morris: SFPD detective Darryl Morris was Inspector Andy Trudeau's partner and survives, then learns himself about he Charmed Ones' magical abilities, and develops an uneasy symbiotic relationship with the, Leo and Cole while he's good: they often need each-other's help, but usually feel held back by their different concerns, such as keeping the witches' identity secret and legal technicalities.
