  “This is a must read book for all programmers and system analyst. Its gives the inside of extreme programming (XP) however from my point of view this is the best approach for any form of programming. One need not necessary to use all the 12 characteristics of XP programming however as long as some of them applied its okay. User stories is the best form of getting system requirement and most effective way of writing programs to satisfied user needs.
