Spy Fiction. We can't talk too much about the plot of Moscow Sting without giving away the ending of its predecessor, Red to Black, which starred British spy Finn and Russian agent Anna. So instead, let us say that as classic Cold War-esque spy fiction, this sequel is every bit as impressive as Red to Black was (it was compared to John Le Carré's The Little Drummer Girl) and that its setting in the modern day makes its verisimilitude especially chilling. If you enjoy spy fiction, ingenious heroines, and twisty plots, do yourself a favor and pick up Moscow Sting -- after enjoying Red to Black.
