“The book's website mislead me a little. After reading the book's website, I expected a 37Signals-like approach of short, to-the-point ways not to sound like a huge corporations.
However when I opened the book, I was greeted by a multi-page story about how Starbucks grew too fast for its own good. The author probably had a good point there and many others like it, but he is very long-winded in his approach.
I would not recommend this book if you're looking for a short, easy read that Speaks Human.”
