disappointed
“I thought the novel was a sophomoric level of writing-high school level. Choppy and lame. This copy is one I will not share and is going to the local charity for resale.”

I wish this were a series of books
“I loved this book. It reminded me in a way of when I first discovered the James Herriot books. The author has a very entertaining style and yet peppers her memoir with meaningful reflections that rise above simple entertainment. After reading a number of books about suffering and tragedy, this book made me laugh and inspired me. I heartily recommend it.”
