- Julia Devine: She's famous for something that happened to her when she was a child and was the dating Griffin before he died.
- Eron DeMarchelle: He is Julia's Sandman but he's starting to become human since his 100 years are up so a new Sandman is taking over his 3 charges (Julia being one of them).
- Griffin Colburn: Julia's boyfriend who dies in a car accident and is turned into a Sandman by Chimere. He's the Sandman who takes over Eron's charges which Julia is one of them. This causes him to not want to let her go and move on with her life.
- Chimere: She's not exactly a Sandman, she's more of one of the Sandman's supervisors. She's the one who lures both Eron and Griffin to their deaths. She secretly is in love with Eron and wants him to stay a Sandman so they can be together forever.
- Eron: Add a description of this character.
- Bret Anderson: Griffin's best friend. After Griffin dies he makes a few moves on Julia. He drinks a lot of alcohol but he's not a terrible guy.
