Many of these stories are so innovative and so interesting. Her diary excerpts give fascinating insight to who she was as a woman. So many people only associate Plath with The Bell Jar, but there is so much more to her work than that, and I think this book is an exceptional example, especially for those who want to explore her other work but aren't big poetry fans.”

This is the most brilliant piece of sheer horror and hopefulness that I ever read on a literary piece, an even sharper and terrifingly atmospheric younger brother of "The Yellow Wallpaper".
Try to read this short story, relate it with Plath life itself and tell me that you remained indifferent...”
