- Sebastian Vasilis: Sebastian is the ghost of a vampire that Karl Vincent killed 4 years ago and has returned to recruit Karl on the most dangerous mission of his career.
- Kate: Kate Bryant is a Ninja warrior that Karl attempts to recruit for this mission. She is on her own mission to kill the man that killed her father over 20 years ago
- Nassar: An Egyptian Peasant whose wife was made into a "familiar" for the Egyptian vampire Ptah
- Lyndon Johnson: President Johnson was turned to a vampire in January of 1973. Karl attempts to recruit him on this mission
- Nathan: Nathan is Athena's father whose full name is Athanasius Timon. An immortal time traveler who is along to protect his daughter
- Abssi: A Setite vampire. He leads a faction that is opposed to vampires reigning in a hierarchy after they take over man kind.
- Paul: An immortal turned vampire. originally one of the vampire hunters, now one of the hunted
- Karl Vincent: the protagonist of the book. A vampire hunter that is recruited by Sebastian to destroy the Hebrew vampire Lilith and prevent the resurrection of Kali and Sekhmet
- Isamu: The Yakuza that killed Kate's father.
- Sekhmet: Egyptian vampire worshiped as a goddess. Vampires are attempting to resurrect her and unite with the Hebrew Lilith.
- Alex: Barbara Vincent's (Karl's ex-wife's) new boyfriend.
- Ptah: Egyptian vampire attempting to resurrect his wife Sekhmet.
- Udo: Lilitu vampire whose job is to recruit the leaders of both Lilitu and Setite clans for the meeting which will culminate in the resurrection of Sekhmet
