When eleven-year-old Olive and her distracted parents move into an old Victorian mansion, Olive finds herself trapped in a dark plan invovling some mysterious painting, a trapped and angry nine your old boy, and three talking cats.
Characters/People edit
- Olive Dunwoody: The main character who's 11 and has some scary experiences that lead her to secreets with in the house
- Mr. Dunwoody: Olive's dad, who is obsessed with math and is a mathemitician.
- Mrs. Dunwoody: Olive's mom who is also a mathemitician and cares for Olive.
- Horatio: The orange cat who gaurds the main floors of the house and is Olive's friend.
- Harvey: A crazy cat who is a former familiar to the mean witch Aldous McMartin. Harvey has many different accents. He gaurds the attic.
- Leopold: A big, black, hardy cat who lives in the basement of the house and gaurds Olive, her family, and a trap door.
- Morton: Olive's new friend, in which she finds in a painting who's been turned to paint and is as white as a ghost. Morton can be whiney and sticks with the point.
- Annabelle: A mean old witch who died a few weeks back, and is after Olive.
- Aldous McMartin: The original owner of Olive's house. A mean, nasty witch who wants his house back under controll.
- Mrs. Nivens: Olive's strict, next door neighbor who is mysterious.
- Hershel: Olive's teddy bear
- Mrs. Dewey: A friend of Olive's and her new neighbor
- Mr. Hambert: I don't remember
