This edition has very many useful notes on the text, for greater clarification of contexts.
Do read it.”

Great cure for insomnia, and fascinating to read all the oft-quoted excerpts in context, with historical and scholarly annotations.”

But mine is an older edition - the one I purchased while in college at Augustana. It was the version required for religion classes there. I've used it ever since. It lost its cover and Kathy Dean's brother, David Richardson and his wife Elizabeth rebound it for me about 5 years ago. ”
