Artemis Fowl senior dissapeared in the arctic along with a misunderstanding with the Russian Mafiya. One day, Artemis Fowl goes to iceland to talk about saving the world with Holly Short, Foaly, and Commander Vinyaya. They go outside and look at his ice cannon, when he detects a ship crashing at full speed. The ship appears and Artemis thinks it's a memory, but it is real. Holly finds out that Artemis has to move or the ship will kill him. So Holly shoots him. The ship crashes and reveals an underground river. Little probes, called amorphobots come out of the ship. Artemis wakes up, but now he is Orion. Then Holly goes down the cliff to get the ships escape pod. Once she get's it, Orion and Foaly get on to chase the ship. Meanwhile, in the Atlantis prison, Turnball Root is thinking about escaping and returning to his wife, Leoner. In Atlantis, people are evacuating they city and Visby drives the prisoners. Then Turnball betrays Vishby. The amorphobots open a hole in the ship and Turnball and three other passengers get in them and they can breath. Then they head to his house. He goes back up and Foaly says it is a control orb. They follow a trail to Venice and the amorphobots get them. They go to Turnball and he makes Holly go to capture N1. Meanwhile, N1 was on a ship healing people, when Holly comes and tells him Artemis is sick. So N1 follows her. “Very well. Then quiet it shall be. I would rather cut out my own tongue than utter one more word. I would sooner behead myself with a butter knife than speak a single-”Orion

One loose rivet or cracked weld line would have been enough to allow a few atmospheres to squirt out, and the ship would have been crushed like a soda can in the hand of a giant who was immensely strong and didn’t like soda cans.Highlighted by 146 Kindle customers
“No. Myles stayed at the door for three days straight, tapping away until he came across the correct combination. He used several rolls of toilet paper writing down the possibilities.” Juliet was almost afraid to ask. “What did Beckett do?” Butler grinned back at his sister. “Beckett dug a bear trap in the garden, and when Myles fell in, he swapped him a ladder for the code.”Highlighted by 144 Kindle customers

What did Beckett do?” “He ate Artemis’s hamster.” “What?” “Well, he chewed on its leg for a bit.” Butler shifted in the cramped space. Fairy crafts were not built to accommodate giant, shaven-headed, human bodyguards. Not that the shaved head made much difference.Highlighted by 138 Kindle customers
Orion sniffed. “Good. Then, worthy centaur, perhaps you could give me a ride to the village on your back. Then I can make a few pennies with my verses while you build us a shack and perform circus tricks for passersby.” This was such a surprising statement that Foaly briefly considered jumping into the hole to get away.Highlighted by 133 Kindle customers
