This is the first book that I've read by Moers and I absolutely looove it! So creative and a total salute to book lovers and writers. A tale I wish I could have come up with -- Moers must be one fun guy!

This book is honestly one of the best books I've ever read. It's amazing. For anyone who loves books, adventure, curious things, oddball characters, and even stranger creatures then this books is for you.

An interesting book, to be sure, though it falls into the sci-fi trap of "too much explanation" at times. He ties it all in at the end, and he's got a great sense of humor but I felt like I really had to work at reading this book.

Lighter than Rumo and more intense than much of Bluebear... I'd rate it's likeability somewhere between the two (4 stars out of 5). Very much a book about being a reader and a writer. Certainly worth a read if you're in love with Zamonia!
