• Chelsea Ross: Aspiring actress, has had minor roles in commercials and slasher films. She has a flair for fashion and DD breasts. She is smart and organized and good-natured but she can drive Mark crazy.
• Mark Bressler: Former NHL captain forced to quit the sport after a one-car accident (black ice). He is angry that the team went on to win the Stanley cup without him. He doesn't like being dependent on anyone, especially Chelsea - his sixth home healthcare provider.
• Bo Ross: Chelsea's twin sister and roommate. Bo works in the PR department for the Seattle Chinooks. The players call her mini-pit, as in mini pitbull, because of her take charge personality. Bo got Chelsea the job caring for Mark.
• Julian "Jules" Garcia: Assistant to the owner of the Chinooks Hockey Team
