  • Conway Lyss: A vagrant.
  • Deucalion: Victor Frankenstein's original creation, and one of the central characters throughout the entire series. He is described as huge and strong, built from parts of criminals and murderers, with a face half handsome and half blasted by his original conflict with his creator. The blasted side of his face is covered by an ornate tattoo which helps to hide the disfigurement. His eyes are also prone to flash with residue from the lightning which gave him life and immortality, among other gifts.
  • Carson O'Connor-Maddison: Tough-Cop Gone Mom. Now wife of Michael Maddison. Sister and Foster Mother of formerly Austic brother Arnie O'Connor. Carson and Michael have been with us since the beginning and heroes from the start in this war against humanity. Originally a New Orleans Dectective partnered with now husband Michael they now face the newly horrific 'creations' spawned by 'Victor Leben', once Dr. Frankenstein whose plan is to wipe out humanity.
  • Victor Frankenstein: Deucalion's creator. Also went by the name Victor Helios, but now goes by the name Victor Leben.
  • Michael Maddison: Touch-Cop Gone Pop. Now husband of Carson O'Conner-Madison. Carson and Michael have been with us since the beginning and heroes from the start in this war against humanity.   • Mary Margaret Dolan: Nanny for Carson & Michael.
  • Brother Knuckles: A friend of Deucalion
  • Erika Five / Erika Swedenborg: She was the fifth Erika, wife to Victor Helios.
  • Norman O'Bannon / Nummy: 30 years old with an IQ below 80. A heart of gold and a great play off with Mr. Lyss.
  • Arnie: Carson's 20 year old brother, who once was autistic.
  • Jocko: A trollish thing, Rumpelstiltskin cubed, a cacodemon, a hobgoblin, a thing for which no word exists. He started as a kind of tumor inside one of Victor Helios's New Race.
  • Dagget: A FBI agent.
  • Arnie O'Connor: Brother of Carson O'Connor. Formerly Autistic, healed by Deucalion
  • Ariel: Erskine's & Nancy's 14 year old daughter.
