Gail Carriger had me hooked by the end of Soulless, so when I found out that there was soon to be a second book out I literally screamed with joy. I trolled my local bookstores until someone finally had it in stock. Even though I tried to pace myself, I finished the book in less than a day.

Once again, Carriger uses her smart and witty writing style to bring her characters to life. In Changeless she weaves an intricate story that shows the complexity of her world, and allows her characters to seem real even if they are placed in outlandish situations.

I am waiting with bated breath for the next book, Blameless, to alleviate the suffering of a painful, yet appropriate, cliffhanger.
