The tooth fairy is, without a doubt, the most grotesque creature I've ever met. And Graham Joyce gives the reader quite a vivid description of her. I certainly won't be putting any teeth under my pillow anytime soon!

While the plot was unique (with the Tooth Fairy being so evil), I felt the sex was gratuitous. Also, the dream within a dream ending was to convenient.
