  “Evevn though I read it ten years ago, i have not forgotten Memory's Ghost, the story of a man who as a result of a lobotomy loses his memory. The book does more than look at this man's forever changed life; it examines the function memory serves. I read the book after a friend with a brain tumor lost her short term memory, and that may have colored my reaction to the writing. I thought it was wonderful.”
