It is a great example of a book that will challenge leaders to think differently - more deeply - but guide them through the process. The CASTLE principles of leadership are not something we need to learn, but to remember as they are very intuitive guidelines for coming back to oneness and away from the separations that we've found ourselves creating around us.”

  “One of my favorite "business books", Secretan gets at the heart of what it takes - what it will take - to restore a noble spirit and values to the workplace. I recommend this book to all my coaching clients, along with "Leadership & Self-Deception".”
