“I am one of Lance's Higher Ground Leaders and deliver training programs around this book. It is a great example of a book that will challenge leaders to think differently - more deeply - but guide them through the process. The CASTLE principles of leadership are not something we need to learn, but to remember as they are very intuitive guidelines for coming back to oneness and away from the separations that we've found ourselves creating around us.”

ONE distills the core of Secretan's philosophy into the CASTLE Principles: Courage, Authenticity, Service, Truthfulness, Love, and Effectiveness. [br/]Secretan has worked with companies who routinely show up on "Best Places to Work" lists, so his straightforward yet stiffly challenging message works when taken to heart. Firms on the edge of oblivion have reinvented themselves into top of their class organizations by methodically infusing their culture with these noble values.[br/]I gift this book a lot and use it with my executive clients.”

I recommend this book to all my coaching clients, along with "Leadership & Self-Deception".”
