This book is great. For readers new to Donald Norman is a very nice intro to Normans thinking on interaction design. Dont forget to read Emotional Design though (I am on it right now) for a deeper understanding of his thoughts. This book opened my mind when thinking on how the human-machine relation should be (and how is now).
