“Obviously this is a must-have if you want to get the Prince2 qualification - which a lot of recruiters will tell you is a must-have if you want to get into Project Management. Although I don't have the choice of implementing Prince2 at my company, I did get a lot of great ideas to improve our processes while reading the book. Even though the other people on the Prince2 course I went on said "You read the *whole* book??" as if that was a strange thing to do, if you're going to be managing projects in a Prince2 environment I would strongly recommend you do just that.”
