I have read these books and appriciate them. The Screwtape Letters I read before I was a Christian and they meant nothing to me, except a humorous story. Now that I am a Christian, I read it carefully and discover the many ways we are distracted from serving and knowing God.
Mere Christianity was difficult for me to read, yet I was glad that I did.
The Great Divorce was mind-blowing.
