  • Belle Jamison: Twenty-five year old super heroine. After drinking a mocha latte laced with a special formula she went from normal citizen to powerful agent for PSI. She has the power to command the four elements. She is madly in love and engaged to the man sent to neutralize her when she first got her powers, Rome Masters. Her superhero names are: Wonder Girl and Homicidal Tendencies Wench.
  • Rome Masters: A long time agent with PSI. Has the power to shape shifter into a jaguar. He was formally married to Lexis, another PSI agent, and has a daughter with her named Sunshine. Rome is a strong, domineering and protective man who loves Belle completely. His superhero name is: Cat Man.
  • Tanner Bradshaw: A twenty-year old agent with PSI and best friend to Belle. He met Belle after saving her life and became an agent when Belle did. Tanner is an empath, he helps Belle control her emotions, and therefore her powers, and can tell when someone is lying. His superhero name is Mr. Sensitive.
  • Memory Man: A prisoner and possible agent for OASS.
  • John Smith: Head of PSI. He doesn't immediately look dangerous but he emanates a powerful aura. No known power.
  • Elaine: A prisoner and possible agent for OASS.
  • Cody: An agent for PSI. He is incredibly handsome, has silver hair and violet eyes. He is known as a player and a flirt, but is also a powerful and loyal PSI agent. Cody can command electricity. He holds electrical power in his body and can become one with electricity which makes him able to disappear into any electrical outlet.
  • Tobin: A prisoner and possible agent for OASS.
  • Reese: A PSI employee. Reese is a vampire. He drinks blood and can tell anything about a person by the taste, even more than conventional blood testing.
  • Sherridan: Belle's best friend since they were in school together. Sherridan had a difficult childhood and has become an insecure adult. She often escapes inside herself to feel safe. However, besides that she is a kind and loyal friend who always has Belle's back.
  • Dr. Roberts: A scientist and the man who gave Belle her powers. He is currently at large.
  • Desert Gal: A powerful scrim working for OASS. Has the power to absorb all the water in a human body. Has recently taken over OASS since the death of Victor.
  • Vincent: The ex-leader of OASS. He died after Belle set him on fire.
