This is a great collection of Stephen King stories. If you've never read Steven King, it's worth picking up, give it a try. If you like it move on to some of his others. If you have read Stephen King, it's full of twisted, but fabulous, stories that will keep you flipping pages.

This one was OK, but it didn't do that much for me, honestly. Not memorable.

A fantastic group of short stories. I use some of them in class.

Of the fourteen amazing stories collected in Everything's Eventual, my personal favorites were "All That You Love Will Be Carried Away", a short, quick read about a suicidal man who collects restroom graffiti, and the title story, a suspenseful read about a young man with a strange and deadly power, and the company that sees and manipulates it. Close seconds "1408" and "Little Sisters of Eluria" are (respectively) about a ghost writer that enters a haunted hotel room, and may never come out, and another small part of Roland Deschain's quest for the Dark Tower. Starting off with the all out screamer "Autopsy Room Four," this colorful collection includes "The Man in the Black Suit..." "The Road Virus Heads North..." "L.T.'s Theory of Pets..." (King's record smashing ebook) "Riding the Bullet..." and finishes off with the quick and (unusually) cheerful "Luckey Quarter." Definitely one of the best short story collections yet, King once again astounds me with his ability to capture a character in a bottle and show them to the world just as they start to bloom.

Some of these stories downright sucked, but a handful were wonderful!

I think this is a spectacular new collection of short stories from Stephen King and I do love his short stories. If you don't like reading books that take forever to get into the good stuff this is it. There's plenty of good stuff to be found here of the horror variety, combining elements of suspense and the stories somewhat serve as commentaries on the human condition which give the stories a reflective quality even if it is chilling~

The short story "Everything's Eventual" is still one of my favorites; I reread it often. Dinky Earnshaw is a character everybody can identify with.
