Yes | No“Fabulous telling of the life lead by the Blackfeet Indian tribe just before they started reservation life. I felt the last two paragraphs of the book were unnecessary, though. It could have ended well without it. ”

James Welch did an amazing job with this historical fiction. It is such a great story full of sadness yet hope. It was interesting to learn what parts of the story were actually true. Welch is a great author and this book is soooo worth it!”
