“Another solid entry in the Anita Blake series, this time it's pretty much Anita solo, she has to get herself out of the mess she is in with nobody's help. There's new shifters (were-lions) in town and they aren't there to try and meet up with Anita's lioness and they are working for a potential client that won't take no for an answer. ”
