This fun and fascinating guide will fill hours with food information and delectable offerings. I was over the moon with his helps on selecting the right olive oils, balsalmics, breads, and cheeses. The book is generously sprinkled with recipes and buying tips for hard to find items. The book has whimsical illustrations and insights on preparing a fine cup of tea, a great pot of risotto, vanilla sugar, etc. etc. Don't miss this fine offering..I often give it as a gift.
