David is a funny kid getting ready to start middle school. He's heard myths but once he starts it's worse then he could imagine. His best friend leaves him for Tommy Murphy- the bully. All the kids at school are mean to him,and not to mention his mother who left them a few years ago, but he gets through it by posting Youtube videos that start to become a hit. He begins getting interviewed and one day his favorite TV star Jon Stewart calls him! Between middle school drama and becoming an internet star David doesn't know what to do! He tries to start talking to his Ex- best friend Elliott again and you'll see how that, and everything else turns out in "How to Survive Middle School"
I really liked this book because it had an interesting plot and many twists. Although some things were fairly predictable it was good. It's a nice easy read and wasn't too challenging which was nice. Overall i really liked this book and it was very interesting!
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice easy read. I would give it a9 out of 10 because some of my favorite parts we're all the twists. Like once, Tommy (the mean kid) calls and says it's "Break Dress Code day" so David shows up breaking dress code but gets in trouble because it's really not break dress code day. So i would highly recommend this book! ”
