  “I pre-ordered this book and was so pleased when it turned up - a wonderful complement to the album of the same name. Fantastic photography by Kyle Cassidy, Beth Hommel and others and intringuing stories by Neil Gaiman. The lyrics to some of the songs on the album are an added bonus.
  
  I think this is a worthwhile addition to the collection of any fan of Amanda Palmer and/or Neil Gaiman.”
