  • Andy Jones: Sienna's dad. Psychiatrist. Stopped traveling after his wife, Hope, died.
  • Hope Jones: Sienna's mother and Andy's wife. Died when her plane crashed into the water, while on a trip with her husband.
  • Tom: Aka Big Doctor Tom. Andy's best friend for a long time, travels a lot. Sienna describes him as Hagrid from Harry Potter with red hair, an MD and faded Hawaiian clothes.
