Elizabeth Rew started working at a repository in New York. She finds it looking old and very large, but very plain. But as she gets a tour from Ms. Callender, she finds out that things are different from what she thought. There are rare items in almost every stack. One day working at the repository, she heard a conversation about a room called the Grimm Collection. No one would tell her what it was in specific detail. Then one day she gets access to the collection and goes in to do her job. She has to have a key and a special song to get in. When she got in, the door shut her in and she was stuck. While she was locked in she looked around the room and saw some of the objects inside, like Snow White's Stepmother's mirror. Soon after she sent up a phuem and asked her fellow page, Anjali to help her. Eventually she came and freed Elizabeth. To find out more about this book, you should read it, for then you will find out the many more exciting adventures Elizabeth and her friends have.
